Today it is important that scientists learn to articulate their ideas to a variety of audiences in an engaging way together with useful strategies in order to make communication more concrete and understandable, and therefore more convincing. Projects drive most modern science organisations.
This seminar offers students and researchers the opportunity to develop their communication skills and learn how to plan and manage projects.
Intended learning outcomes
On completion of this seminar, students should be able to:
Plan a science project;
Create an Effective Dissemination Strategy;
Define key messages and goals;
Establish target audiences;
Select the appropriate media and content via several techniques;
Tailor information to the target;
Evaluate the outcomes.
